Finance Graduate Trainee

About the role

Join Nestlé’s fast‑track Finance Graduate Trainee program, a 24‑month development journey designed for recent graduates. You will rotate across multiple finance teams within Nestlé MENA, gaining hands‑on experience in cost optimisation, budgeting, and risk management while contributing to projects that impact the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance teams in analysing cost structures and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Participate in financial risk assessments and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver finance‑related projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior finance leaders.

Required profile

• Very good GPA and a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Available to start full‑time in January 2027.
• Willingness to travel across the MENA region if required.
• Ability to work in a multi‑functional environment and manage time effectively.
• Curious, enthusiastic, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduate with a passion for numbers.
• Fluency in English.
