Data Management Specialist – Autoline

About the role

The Data Management Specialist will support the development, enhancement and maintenance of multiple datasets for the Autoline system. You will ensure data quality, integrity and compliance with company and regulatory standards while providing training and support to users across the Sardar Group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain datasets for Autoline.
• Monitor end‑of‑day logs to detect system issues.
• Verify and manage backups of the Autoline system.
• Gather data requirements from employees and other teams.
• Audit data regularly to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Schedule and run regular reports.
• Identify and correct data entry errors in collaboration with suppliers.
• Create user access based on request forms.
• Provide Autoline training to all users in Sardar Group companies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Autoline.
