Corporate Relationship Manager – Basra

About the role

The Corporate Relationship Manager will attract and manage prospective and existing corporate customers, providing financial and credit analysis to facilitate banking facilities. The role drives portfolio growth, expands market share, and ensures compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients to build a strong business pipeline.
• Prepare comprehensive credit assessments and proposals, ensuring compliance with the bank’s credit policies and risk‑mitigation measures.
• Promote a range of banking and trade‑finance products, including warehousing finance, receivables financing, supply‑chain financing, and cash‑management solutions.
• Monitor credit utilization, overdraft limits, and early‑warning indicators, coordinating collection efforts and preparing EWS memorandums.
• Lead the team’s business‑development activities, track progress, and achieve portfolio targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in corporate banking or corporate credit facilities.
• Strong understanding of economic and business environments and excellent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

• Ability to use banking systems and applications effectively.
