Accountant for Multi‑Service Gas Station Complex

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized accountant to manage the full financial operations of our multi‑service gas station complex in Duhok. The role covers all revenue streams, from fuel sales to cafeteria income, ensuring accurate and timely records.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, receivable and cash‑flow management for the entire complex.
• Reconcile fuel sales, monitor inventory costs and track gas‑related income and expenses.
• Manage inventory accounting and daily sales for the convenience market, car wash, and cafeteria, including vendor payouts and supply expenses.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly profit‑and‑loss reports for each department and reconcile bank statements and cash registers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + years of professional experience as an accountant or bookkeeper.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong mathematical ability, high attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple revenue streams.
• High integrity and reliability in handling cash and sensitive financial data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard accounting software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
