About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, guest‑focused professional to lead our Front Office team. As the Team Leader – Guest Services you will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay by delivering exceptional service and creative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to all guests, with special attention to Club Rotana and VIP guests.
- Prepare and coordinate guest amenities, welcome letters, and fruit setups for VIP and long‑stay guests.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel and local services, respond to guest queries, and promote in‑house facilities.
- Update guest history profiles using the Opera PMS.
- Review and prepare next‑day arrival reports for VIPs and special‑status guests, highlighting them to management.
- Block rooms according to guest expectations and communicate special requirements to relevant departments.
- Make courtesy calls and complete daily call logs following established guidelines.
Required profile
- Degree in hospitality or related field.
- Previous Front Office experience in a hotel environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with immaculate personal presentation.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Computer literate, with knowledge of Opera PMS highly regarded.
