Software Support Analyst

About the role

Ejabi InfoSec is looking for a motivated Software Support Analyst to join its Customer Success team. You will provide technical assistance for enterprise software, helping clients get the most out of our cybersecurity and compliance solutions while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and support portals.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software, system, integration, and adoption issues.
• Create, modify, and run SQL queries and scripts to investigate problems and support customer needs.
• Develop and maintain custom software processes and data‑related solutions.
• Collaborate with development, implementation, and product teams to identify root causes and drive resolutions.
• Document knowledge‑base articles, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
• Assist in creating training materials, tutorials, and self‑service resources.
• Work with cloud operations teams, support basic product installations, configurations, and deployments, and participate in scripting and automation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or another STEM‑related field.
• Analytical mindset with a strong customer focus.
• Eagerness to develop expertise in enterprise software, databases, cloud technologies, and compliance solutions.
