Site Operator – SIBA CPF Operation & Maintenance

About the role

AntonAnton Oilfield Services Group is seeking an experienced Site Operator to join its SIBA CPF Operation and Maintenance team in Basra, Iraq. The role focuses on ensuring stable and efficient production activities at the gas field site through hands‑on equipment operation, monitoring, and routine inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor on‑site equipment, performing routine inspections to maintain production stability.
• Identify and address operational abnormalities promptly, keeping accurate records of all activities.
• Coordinate with technical and safety teams to support maintenance and safety‑related tasks.
• Enforce strict compliance with company safety regulations, operational procedures, and HSE standards at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of on‑site operational experience in Iraqi or Middle‑Eastern gas‑field projects.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operations, and safety procedures in gas‑field environments.
• Ability to work independently, diagnose common equipment issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and documentation skills.
