Service Engineer – Heavy Machinery Maintenance

About the role

The Service Engineer will install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot heavy machinery and equipment at customer sites and in‑house. You will ensure optimal performance, minimise downtime and build strong client relationships through excellent technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑time service and maintenance to customers.
• Monitor and maintain workshop equipment and overall machinery performance.
• Demonstrate equipment operation, safety procedures and new features to customers.
• Order, restock and manage spare‑parts inventory.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and keep up‑to‑date with machinery developments.
• Provide clear feedback to customers and support sales initiatives.
• Diagnose machine problems according to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised workshop and ensure tools are complete and functional.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in machinery or automobile maintenance.
• Proficiency in English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and eager to learn.
