About the role
The Senior Corporate Customer Service Officer leads the corporate client service team, ensuring high‑quality, timely support for the bank’s corporate and business customers. This role combines operational supervision with direct client interaction to drive satisfaction, deepen relationships, and promote the bank’s products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the corporate client service department, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
- Handle inbound corporate client inquiries, resolve transaction issues, and coordinate solutions with relevant departments.
- Promote the bank’s products—including letters of credit, guarantees, financing limits, and online banking—through cross‑selling and client education.
- Monitor and encourage optimal utilization of approved credit limits, maintaining utilization ratios in line with business targets.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring service quality meets expectations.
- Manage complaints, oversee resolution processes, and implement preventive measures.
- Review, sign, and approve transactions within granted authority, escalating when necessary.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in corporate banking or corporate client services.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage operational workflows.
- In‑depth knowledge of banking products and services for corporate customers.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service level agreements.
