Corporate Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Corporate Customer Service Officer acts as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their requests are addressed promptly and accurately. This role involves handling inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting the bank’s electronic channels and products to enhance client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive corporate customers, identify their needs, and either fulfill requests or forward them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle phone and verbal inquiries, provide quick solutions, and follow up on transaction issues.
• Encourage the use of electronic banking channels, explain benefits, and motivate clients to utilize products such as letters of credit, guarantees, and financing limits.
• Monitor daily facilities and limits for corporate accounts, ensuring optimal utilization in line with business plans and KPIs.
• Provide a full range of banking services, including account opening, amendments, closures, authorized signatory updates, and issuance of certificates.
• Process self‑service requests, account‑to‑account transfers, cheque handling, standing orders, and financing requests within approved limits.
• Review and forward corporate transfer and salary transfer requests to the relevant departments for execution.

Required profile

• Strong orientation toward delivering excellent customer service with high quality and efficiency.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and coordinate with multiple internal departments.
• Good understanding of corporate banking products and electronic banking solutions.
• Attention to detail when monitoring account limits and processing transactions.
