Contract & Operations Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Contract & Operations Administrator to join our team in Basra. The role combines administrative precision with operational coordination to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and record them accurately in the system.
• Manage contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies at every stage.
• Coordinate mobilization, site work, and demobilization following administrative guidelines.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and Team Leaders to improve on‑time service delivery.
• Organise customer requests, allocate team assignments, and support site visits for service engineers.
• Oversee PPE availability for service engineers, from procurement requests to record‑keeping.
• Implement and optimise invoice submission processes, including documentation and payment follow‑up.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to employees, resolve issues, and remove obstacles affecting productivity.
• Maintain performance dashboards, generate reports, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Deliver clear, timely communication with customers, advise on product ranges, and handle complaints professionally.

Required profile

• Experience in engineering or industrial‑computing environments, including testing and commissioning.
• Strong organisational, communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental policies.
