About the role
The Content Management Expert will plan, create, and execute content and marketing campaigns for Zain Iraq’s eCommerce app and social media channels. The role bridges category, marketing, and account teams to ensure cohesive weekly activities, drive conversions, and maintain consistent brand messaging.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with Category, Account Management, and Marketing teams to align on weekly app and marketing calendars.
- Plan, manage, and optimise in‑app banners, product placements, and campaign assets.
- Create and oversee design and video assets for the app and social platforms using Adobe suite, Affinity, Canva, or similar tools.
- Shoot and edit short mobile‑shot videos, provide voice‑overs, and occasionally produce higher‑quality video content.
- Monitor market trends and customer behaviour to generate relevant content ideas and upselling initiatives.
- Support overall marketing planning and ensure smooth execution across all channels.
- Maintain consistent creative direction and brand messaging across internal and external platforms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong understanding of online customer behaviour, especially in electronics, home appliances, or gaming.
- Experience in campaign planning, content creation, and social media management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross‑functionally.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable campaigns.
